Darifenacin demonstrates exceptional selectivity for the M3 receptor, with M3/M1, M3/M2, M3/M4, and M3/M5 Ki ratios of 9.3, 59.2, 59.2, and 12.2, making it one of the most selective M3 antagonists in its class.
